Step 3: Set Up Your Scene and Sources

OBS uses Scenes and Sources to build your stream layout.

Step 4: Configure Audio

  1. Add Audio Sources:
    • In the Audio Mixer panel, ensure your microphone and desktop audio are active.
    • Add audio sources via Sources (e.g., Audio Input Capture for a microphone).
  2. Adjust Levels:
    • Use the sliders in the Audio Mixer to balance microphone and desktop audio.
    • Click the gear icon in the mixer to add filters (e.g., noise suppression, gain).
  3. Test Audio: Speak and play audio to ensure levels are clear and not clipping (stay out of the red zone).

Step 5: Fine-Tune Settings
